The Deluxe room which we got was really spacious and comfortable. The only problem what we faced was the non availability of warm water in bath room through out the day. In chilled climate like in Ooty it is very much needed to provide warm water round the clock, since there was no water heater in bath room. A bit lack of maintenance I could see in the bathroom taps. Corridor should be kept clean and tidy and the service staff should have separate quarters. The restaurant was not up to the mark and the service also was unimpressive. Some unpleasant smell persisted in the dining hall did not allow us to have proper food. I request the restaurant staff to have a look on this and keep things hygienic and clean. The travels agency (Naveen Travels) associated with the hotel played a fraud game with me by taking excess charges for my bus tickets from Kodai to Coimbatore. He troubled me a lot in getting things confirmed till last moment. He charged Rs.400 per head from Kodai to Kovai!!!

The hotel doesn't have view of Botanical Garden but only of some old house. Otherwise everything was good.

Location is excellent for relaxation as away from crowded market area and very close to Botanical Garden. Room & bath/toilets are very clean. Staff are very couteous. Non vegetarian foood & snacks are good and value for money. Sightseeing trips are arranged at modest price. Very good value for money while enjoying all the facilities required during holidaying including restaurant/bar/travel desk. I will stay at this place in my next visit & obviously strongly recommend to opt for this hotel.
