The hotel was good and the best thing was its location. Room service was good, but restaurant service was not satisfactory. Room were clean and nicely maintained. Overall, a wonderful experience.

Sagar Resort offers a wonderful view of the valley; the key differentiator is the individual balcony for each room. While the food is not that good & tasty; the stay was very pleasant and memorable.

This hotel is beautifully located in the lush green palm of the Nilgiris. Very nice to stay and charming. With all the amenities, you will feel like home. Taste of food & drinks should be upgraded little more otherwise there is no flaw at all.

The hotel is very well located on the road between Ooty and Coonoor. The hotel is very well designed with cotteges having personal balcony to view the valley. The room is well furnished. The restaurant needs improvement with more options for South Indian food as well as Chinese food. People can be more smiling and available.
