Hotel Sarkar Palace is strategically situated at the centre of the city which makes it very conventient for activities like shopping & sightseeing. The rooms were very clean & tidy. We were upgraded to a Suite on the first day without any additional charges. The service is excellent with the bellboys delivering whatever we requested within a short notice even though the hotel was full. Providing hot water on special request after the alloted 9.30 AM deadline should be appreciated. Very courteous staff. Very adept at handling other extra arrangements like booking a car/sightseeing at a very short notice.

Location of the hotel is nice. The hotel is within easy reach from the Lake and the Botanical Garden. Even the hotel condition was good but the hotel management and service was not upto the mark. We had to repeat again and again to get the things done.

The hotel was fine. Service was excellent. The location of the hotel was not good, I did not like it, as I was expecting more after seeing photographs. View was not good. Food was also average.
