The Residence is located at Panchsheel Park in South Delhi off the Outer Ring Road. The domestic airport is 12 km away, the International Airport 16 km away and the nearest commercial hub, Nehru Place is 2 km away. The New Delhi railway station is about 11 km away. It is in close proximity to all major shopping areas in the city including Greater Kailash I & II and South Extension.

Rooms
The rooms compliment the lobby with an equally chic decor. The Deluxe Suite rooms are a dual roomed apartment, 2 on each floor. The living room is comfortable looking with lush curtains, rich wood finish cupboard cum study table unit and an LCD television fixed on the wall complimented by a classy leather sofa unit, air conditioner and a fan. The bedroom is ornate with a master bed, bedside lamps, a mini bar unit, tea/coffee maker, an LCD television, phone, wooden cupboards matched with the wooden floor, electronic safe etc. The bathroom is equally clean and spacious, with a bathtub as well as a shower cubicle and customised bathroom amenities by the Residence Group with gel bath, shampoo, conditioner, moisturiser, soap, huge mirrors, cane dustbin and linen.

The Deluxe and Luxury rooms are identical rooms in terms of decor and amenities, only differing in size. The Luxury room is the base category, while the Deluxe room is the higher one. Both rooms have a LCD television, dual line telephone, mini bar, tea/coffee maker, cupboards with electronic safe, writing desk, sofa chairs and luggage rack. All the rooms are facilitated with room and housekeeping service round the clock and complimented with a fax facility on request. The hotel has outsourced their laundry facilities, which is open during the day.

The lobby restaurant is located on the lobby level and offers delicious Indian, Chinese, Continental, Mughlai and some Lebanese food. The rich decor of the wall stand embedded with precious vessels and silver artefact stands in sharp contrast to the natural light effected area.
