Hotel Sunstar Residency is located in Karol Bagh, and is approximately 3 km from the New Delhi Railway Station, 16 km from the international airport.

Hotel Sunstar Residency has a clean, plush look, even if it is not very tastefully done up. The lobby cum reception area has comfortable couches, a souvenir shop selling ethnic paraphernalia, a phone booth and an internet cafe.

Rooms
The hotel has 19 air conditioned rooms categorised into Royal Suites, Executive Suites, Super Deluxe rooms and Classic Deluxe Rooms. The Royal Suites are lavishly done in silver and blue decor and have a separate living room, partitioned from the bedroom with satin curtains. The Royal Suite living room has a dining table and sofa unit and is appointed with amenities such as tea/coffee maker and a mini refrigerator. The Royal Suite bedroom has a television with satellite connection and telephone. The washroom is fitted with bath tub and shower head, with bath amenities such as shampoo and soap, and running hot and cold water. The Executive Suite has an ornate green and yellow carving as decor on the wardrobe, the bed, the refrigerator cabinet and the washroom door. The amenities here include tea / coffee maker, refrigerator with snacks and drinks (chargeable), television with satellite connection, telephone and a cupboard. En suite washrooms have running hot and cold water with bath tub and shower head, including amenities such as shower cap, shampoo and soap.

The Super Deluxe rooms are done with a wooden floor and have a low bed, two sofa chairs with a centre table, television with satellite connection, cupboard, a life size mirror, luggage rack and a study table. The attached washrooms have running hot and cold water, a bath tub and other amenities such as soap and shampoo.

The Classic Deluxe rooms have the same amenities as the Superior Deluxe rooms; they are only larger and have carpeted floors. All rooms have round the clock room service.

The hotel has a restaurant in the basement with a capacity of 25 guests, serving a multi cuisine fare.
