Location
Hotel Sunstar Heritage is located at Channa Market in Karol Bagh about 16 kms away from the international airport and 3 kms away from the New Delhi Railway Station.

Rooms
With 19 rooms in total, the hotel is divided into Maharaja Suite, Maharani Suite, Classic Deluxe, and Super Deluxe rooms. The Maharaja Suite is a rectangle room with the living and bedroom separated by a sheer lacy curtain imparting a striking look. The furniture i.e., the bed, sofa cum bed and dining table is synchronized with golden work. The air conditioned room is clean with a comfortable set up of a cupboard, satellite television, refrigerator, mirror with study table, sofa chairs, luggage rack and tea coffee maker. The bathroom is complete with a bathtub, telephone and modern amenities like soap, shampoo, moisturiser and clean towels. The Maharani Suites are almost the same size as the Maharaja rooms, but without a separate sitting area. A sofa unit is comfortably arranged with a centre table. This is complimented with the same amenities available in the former suite. The bathroom is also the similar, in terms of look and facilities. Both the suites have snacks and drinks in the room for an extra charge. The Super Deluxe room is small compact room with television, cupboard, study table with mirror, air conditioner, sofa unit and a luggage rack. The bathroom is small too with the basic amenities of soap, shampoo and towels.

Dining
The hotel has a multi cuisine dining hall for 24 people in the basement, which can also be used as a conference hall.
