Sunstar Grand Hotel Description

Situated in a relatively quiet area of Karol Bagh, Hotel Sunstar Grand's reception is reached after climbing a flight of steps. The floor is done in maroon and beige tiles and khaki and forest green couches adorn the lobby. The reception is housed in a wooden kiosk ornamented with Roman style murals and the ceiling has interesting patterns on it. The lobby houses a newspaper and magazine rack and leafy potted plants are scattered around, giving the place a cosy, welcoming ambience.

Room
Wood paneled corridors lead you to the air conditioned rooms divided into Super Deluxe, Classic and Royal Classic rooms. The Super Deluxe rooms are done tastefully with off white walls and cheerful yellow wallpaper. The downside is that these rooms do not have any windows. Amenities in these rooms include television with satellite connection, tea/coffee maker, a mini refrigerator, wardrobe, telephone and snacks such as cookies and savouries on the house. The washrooms are spacious with a bathtub, telephone, clean towels, and amenities such as dental kit, shampoo and soap. The Classic rooms are bigger in size, with even more spacious washrooms, although they have the same amenities as Super Deluxe rooms. These have a complimentary access to the hotel's steam and sauna facilities and also house a radio. The Royal Classic rooms face the backyard and have large windows that provide ample sunlight and good ventilation. In addition to the basic amenities, they also have a sofa cum bed, and are serviced by complimentary refills of the tea/coffee maker. All rooms have round the clock room service and are WiFi enabled (chargeable).

Dining
Hotel Sunstar Grand has a beautiful rooftop restaurant, with colourful flower beds, sun umbrellas and sun beds. The restaurant serves Indian, Continental and Chinese cuisine and has a capacity of 25-30 guests.

The hotel has a conference and banquet hall in the basement with red-tiled walls. Buffets can be arranged on request here. The basement also houses a swimming pool and steam and sauna rooms. At the reception you can make use of the safety deposit lockers. Personal Computers can be provided on request, with internet and STD/ISD/ Fax facilities on offer. The hotel arranges for taxi service, ticketing and car hire through tie ups with external vendors.
