Set in the main Karol Bagh market, Hotel Rupam offers a pleasant welcome with its red and white exterior. The lobby, set at a lower level than the reception, is done up in similar colours and furnished with cushioned sofas. Besides helping during check-in/check-out at 12 noon, the reception staff provides travel assistance and rent-a-car service.

The hotel has 24 air-conditioned rooms that are divided into 12 Classic rooms and 12 Classic Deluxe rooms. Each room is well appointed with a direct dial telephone, cable television, cupboard and luggage rack. While the Classic rooms have twin wooden chairs with a table for comfortable seating, the Classic Deluxe rooms are furnished with elegant cushioned sofas. In addition, the latter also has a refrigerator and full length mirror. The amenities in the washroom are the same across categories and comprise a shower head, geyser, soap, shampoo and bath towels.
