Hotel Welcome Palace, a budget property, offers a unique experience during your stay. The hotel boasts of a majestic exterior, pleasant and tastefully done interiors and luxuriously furnished rooms with all modern facilities. With plans of being renovated shortly, this 12-year-old hotel will soon have a classy new look to it. With a total of 4 floors the hotel holds a variety of rooms and caters to all budgets.

Lobby
You are welcomed into the hotel a cool and airy reception where the staff honours you with a warm welcome. With a lot of natural daylight streaming in through the windows, you can sit here and watch television or browse the internet on a computer provided solely for the guests. It has a broadband connection and can be used free of cost without any time limits, though basic courtesy allows for each guest to minimize the use incase of a queue. The lobby is furnished with two large 4 seater, suede sofas and two glass top coffee tables. The television is situated at a height on a swivel top and 2 computers occupy the rest of the space. The reception has a brown marble top and a huge welcome sign perched on the highest part of the wall. Behind the reception sits pretty, a large photo frame with silver idols of gods in it. This area is lit at nights with a shell shaped light fixture with rainbow coloured hues on it. Two big brass elephants also make your acquaintance as you step into the lobby. This area has a CCTV for safety precautions.

Rooms
A total of 27 rooms are categorised as 14 Deluxe Rooms, 7 Welcome Suites, 4 Semi Deluxe Rooms and 2 Family Suites. The Family Rooms and Welcome Suites are the highest categories in the hotel. The Welcome Suite is the only category in the hotel which comes separately with Twin Beds as well as a choice of Double Beds. The Welcome Suites (Twin Bed category) are long elongated rooms with 2 single beds divided by a bedside table. The wall behind the bed is painted in a light orange tone. The room is populated with a with a television on a wooden study table, a 3 seater brown leather sofa, 2 single brown leather chairs and a glass top coffee table. The upholstery includes a bedcover with matching brown floral curtains. The attached bathroom has a shower area and a smart mirror. The Family Rooms are larger with 2 double beds to accommodate a family for four and is furnished with 2 checked armchairs and a three seater sofa. The Welcome Suites on the ground floor of the hotel and all the Family Rooms have bathtubs, while the others enjoy a simple shower space. The facilities offered within the rooms are cable television, direct dial (STD/ISD) telephones, air conditioning, mini refrigerator and 24 hours room service.
