Hotel Southern is a large 3 star property with a whopping total of 100 rooms spread over four floors. It was started in 1970 and stands tall on a main road in Karol Bagh. An unassuming structure from the exterior, this hotel creates a world of comfort with its widely ethnic interiors.

Lobby
The hotel's lobby is a lovely space usually buzzing with enormous amounts of activity. This popular property offers cool interiors with its comfortable sink in sofas and white tiled flooring. A wall of glass windows allows ample natural light to stream in. A granite reception table stands directly in front of the entrance and a glass and marble wall stands pretty behind the reception table. A continuous traffic of people is prominent in this property. There is also a miniature super market in the lobby where you can buy snacks and chilled soft beverages.

Rooms
An elevator leads to the rooms spread over four floors. The rooms are divided into categories of Standard rooms which are the lowest category, Super Deluxe rooms, Deluxe rooms, Suites and Royal Suites which are the highest category. The facilities common to all the rooms are cable television, air conditioning, 24 hours room service, direct dial local telephone, 24 hours hot & cold water and housekeeping. A refrigerator is present in all the rooms except the Standard rooms. All the rooms sport white tiled flooring and are comfortable spaces with small seating areas.
