The hotel was as we expected after checking it out on internet and as you know we already stayed there again.

Room tariff: Reasonable through MakeMyTrip at Rs.4000 less 25% cashback. Location: Away from New Delhi (7-8 km), ok if have work in surrounding area. Room decor: Excellent, modern style, well maintained, clean. AC, TV good condition. The shower flow was too low with spray in all directions and not adjustable. The tub spout flow also was low and took it took over 30 mins to fill. Besides, washing below the spout and the shower spray caused water to splash to the edge of the tub and flowed onto the floor. On the other hand, the toilet spray had too much pressure causing water to splash off. Other than the plumbing issues, the decor and maintenance of bathroom is excellent. 4 star rating unjustified in terms of facilities: Lobby is cramped (just a small reception area), besides no pool and fitness centre. Restaurant: Exorbitant prices (Rs.400-500 a dish is standard, Rs.150-200 for juices). Food quality mediocre despite hyped European restaurant in write-up. Guests have no alternative restaurant in surrounding area. The iron available on request did not have steam option and the temperature knob was not aligned to the markings. No ironing board provided. Staff: Polite, courteous except a lady supervisor in housekeeping who blasted room-boy trying to arrange ironing-board, and told him to tell the guest that they don't provide the same.
