Rooms
The guesthouse offers luxurious accommodation in 6 Deluxe rooms that are located on two floors. Four rooms have twin beds while two rooms have been furnished with queen size beds. All rooms are tastefully decorated with elegant furniture and amenities that include a study table, air conditioner, mini refrigerator, television, direct dial telephone, tea/coffee maker and room heaters. Even the smallest amenities like stationary and mosquito repellent are taken care of. Each room has a sitting area that comprises a glass top table with a single unit sofa cum bed besides a dressing room with walk-in closets and a full length mirror. The washrooms are appointed with linen, gargle glasses, soap, shampoo, tissue paper and bath mats. Each room offers a view of the surrounding open area and is connected to the winding balcony that runs along the length of the guest house.

Dining
Dining facilities include a dining hall that offers a multi cuisine menu and is open round the clock. A small yet comfortable dining area, it is furnished with glass top tables and can seat 10-12 guests at a time. The centre piece on each table is a tall glass container with peas (green), red chillies (red) and corn (yellow) dipped in vinegar, creating a colourful yet elegant effect. One corner of the room has a tiled counter that can be used for buffet spreads.

Conferences & Banquets
Conference facilities include two well equipped conference halls. While the smaller one is located on the ground floor and can accommodate up to 20 guests, the larger one is in the basement and can accommodate 50 - 55 guests. Adjoining the larger hall is an open space towards the back of the guest house that can be used for arranging a buffet spread.

Other Facilities
For recreation, the guest house has a lush green lawn where guests can enjoy their morning tea or lounge around with a book during winters. The Lounge on the first floor is furnished with cushioned sofas and is open round the clock. It is equipped with a chess board, television and reading material. The guesthouse practically functions round the clock and has no mandatory hour for check-in/check-out. It offers round the clock room service and housekeeping facility besides 24 hour car rental service.

Fairwind House is located in a residential area close to the Delhi-Gurgaon border, just a kilometre away from M.G. Road. It lies at a distance of 2 kilometres from IFFCO Chowk and the malls and shopping areas. Most commercial establishments and corporate offices lie in the vicinity and are easily accessible.
