The Sienna Village Hotel Description

The Sienna Village is a 3 star property which was started in the year 2000 and spreads over an area of 5 acres. It is a large property and offers some delightful spaces within its premises.

Lobby
The entrance to the hotel reception is up a steep incline past the curio shop on the way. The lobby has two levels with warm interiors. Slow English popular music floats to the ears. The lower level is a seating area with green upholstered sofas and matching cushions, small wooden square tables, a wooden travel desk and a cabinet with books in it. The upper level has a wooden reception table and another comfortable sofa. A wooden staircase connects these two levels and the upper level also leads to the hotel's multi cuisine restaurant.

Rooms
The hotel has a total of 28 rooms and all these rooms are spread out in cottages over the entire premise. The rooms are divided into categories of 2 Luxury Suites which are the highest category, 14 Deluxe rooms and 12 Standard rooms which are the base category. The Deluxe rooms are further divided into 2 types which are lower level cottage and upper level cottages. All the rooms have wooden flooring and the Deluxe rooms and Suites have fireplaces. The facilities common to all the rooms are cable television, tea/coffee maker, telephones with STD/ISD through the reception, choice of in room snacks, 24 hours hot & cold running water and room service. The Suites are allotted larger spaces with a large dining room and drawing room which are furnished with smart and well tailored blue sofas, television, fireplace and another demarcated space with a smart, square glass top dining table for four. There is also a wooden bar counter and bedroom on a higher level with grey carpeted flooring. The attached washrooms have luxurious toiletries. The rooms cater to families, people travelling in groups and couples as well.

Dining
The Peppermill is the hotel's multi cuisine restaurant with a relaxed atmosphere and two levels. It serves a buffet breakfast (7:30 am to 9:30 am), a la carte lunch (12:00 noon to 3:30 pm) and buffet dinner (7:30 pm to 9:30 pm). It is furnished with elegant wooden chairs and tables. There is also Village County Restaurant, which is an al fresco dining space and serves a multi cuisine dinner buffet from 7:30 pm to 9:30 pm. It has a sheltered area as well, which is a shack made of wood, bamboo and elephant leaves. It is a perfect place for an evening meal with family or friends.

Facilities & Services
Added facilities offered by the hotel include a conference hall, outdoor activities like trekking, plantation tours, pool parlour, table tennis room, children's play room, lawns, a curio shop which has an STD booth and sells handicrafts and spices - a very nice space, 24 hours room service, laundry, doctor on call, car rental, travel desk and acceptance of major credit cards.

The hotel has one conference hall called Utsav which can accommodate 60 persons. All conferencing equipment can be supplied by the hotel at an extra charge.

You can either enjoy an evening walk on the property or lounge around in the lobby while reading a book. The hotel has beautiful lawns which should be fully appreciated and your rooms will be of perfect comfort too.

The hotel is located as a lone structure 22 kilometres from the main Munnar town, 130 kilometres from Cochin airport and 130 kilometres from Aluva railway station.
