Issacs Residency Hotel Description

Isaac Residency is a 3 star property and was started in 1993. It is a lone building in the area and stands at the edge of a hill with beautiful views of the valley beyond. The building has a total of 4 floors.

Lobby
Natural light fills the lobby space through a wall of glass windows. It has tiled and wooden flooring with a well marked white reception table which has marble pillars on either side. Large, ethnic, colourful paintings embellish the wall behind the reception table. A cabinet sits in the corner with books and spices on sale. The seating space comprises of beige and maroon sofas and the area plays upbeat dance music.

Rooms
The hotel has a total of 32 rooms which are categorised into 7 Standard rooms which are the base category, 20 Executive rooms, 3 Deluxe rooms and 2 Suites which are the highest category and the most spacious. The Standard rooms come with twin beds and double beds while the others only come with double beds. All the rooms have tiled flooring and the Suite and Deluxe washrooms have bathtubs. The facilities common to all the rooms are cable television, direct dial STD and local telephones, 6:00 am to 10:00 pm room service, 24 hours hot & cold running water and basic toiletries in the washrooms. The Suite had a dining table, seating area and an attached washroom and covers a large space. The rooms range from basic comforts to luxurious splurges and suit all pockets.

Dining
Coffee Mist is the fun multi cuisine restaurant with bright interiors. It can accommodate a total of 48 persons and serves a breakfast buffet (7:30 am to 10:00 am) and an a la carte lunch and dinner from 12:00 noon to 9:30 pm. It is furnished with blue walls chairs, wooden tables and orange hues lights which hang delicately from the ceiling.

Banquets & Conferences
Two conference halls can be availed for business purposes or informal gatherings. The larger conference hall can accommodate 130 persons and is fully carpeted in red with a podium at one end. The smaller conference hall can accommodate 30 persons and can be used as a beard room as well.
