The resort is about 10 kms from the main town of Munnar, but that kind of works out in favour of the tourist looking for a get away from the hustle and bustle of the city life. I appreciate the enthusiasm of Mr. Vishnu who has a good focus on customer service, not very common in many Indian Managers. The staff was friendly and active and the buffet and breakfast was good. The location is really awesome and overall it's an excellent choice. I would like to go back to Igloo, this time for a longer stay.

I really enjoyed my stay in Igloo. The calmness as well as the scenic beauty of the hills from my cottage were breath-taking. Early mornings were serene and pleasant. Igloo is really value for money. Moreover the food served was delicious and I relished it a lot. I strongly recommend Igloo especially cottages for a wonderful stay.

Hotel staff very friendly. There was some specific smell in the hotel which was already informed but other than that the services were very nice. I would like to come back again.

Hotel is in very nice location, 12 km from the city. Room view is superb (hillside), nice garden with many variety of trees and flower. Hotel is clean, calm, staff are very helpful. Really, value for money. Forgot to say, complimentary breakfast is really good and items they provide is of best quality. Food is delicious. I will definitely go again to the same hotel.

The Hotel location is good (if somebody wants to stay away from the city). I was given an upgradation to better room. We need to have our own vehicle or taxi. Just be careful about the booking of taxi from the hotel. Negotiate and finalise the price before getting into the taxi.
