Excellent location & good services but in terms of food, hotel only have buffet system in their restuarant.

The hotel is very good for its location and amazing view but only thing is the rooms are good except the toilet.

Hotel location is excellent. You can enjoy the beautiful sceneries, tea gardens and beautiful locations around. Food options were limited. As this resort is outside Munnar (18km), so you don't have any other option then to eat in hotel itself. There are also very few options for food (I had breakfast & dinner in the resort).

For some reason, I completely rely on MakeMyTrip. My experience so far is very good...I close my eyes & pick hotel from MakeMyTrip...however hotel staff were not having customer focus...they insisted on Bbffet meal, which is fine for lunch...but I don't have choice on menu pick for dinner...they restricted us to have food in restaurant if we demand menu picks....they say I can have food in restaurent only if I order buffet...Come on...this is ridiculous...by doing this they insist on buffet...worse case, they push you to have food from room, for which rates are horrible, on top of it they charge 35% service charge...one single chapathi will cost about 35 INR...Please fix this...however I will still continue to deal with MakeMyTrip, but I request you guys to take this seriously....staff are very rude...
