Ramada Plaza Palm Grove Hotel Description

A well maintained garden beside a cute porch, this hotel sports a pleasant sweet smelling atmosphere with melodious music playing in the background. The lobby is semi circular with the reception in the far end. To get there, one has to cross the souvenir shop, bell captain area, and elevator. However, next to the reception is a huge hull like area with a sole piano in the centre and hanging chandeliers highlighting the priced booty. On the right are a series of green coloured cushiony sofas in sync with the cream walls and floor and fresh plants arranged neatly. The staff here is all smiles and courteous and very helpful.

Rooms
The hotel has three categories of rooms namely Deluxe rooms, Executive Salon and Suites. The Deluxe room is a beautifully done regular room with a master bed, sofa set, flat television, mini bar, tea coffee maker, luggage rack, cupboard with sliding doors, electronic safe as amenities and carpeted room. These rooms are also equipped with a snacks bar which is chargeable. The bathroom has a tub, hair dryer, moisturizer, shower gel, soap, shower cap, hair brush, moisturizer, bathrobe, and slippers etc., which are also saleable on request. These otherwise double bedrooms can also be available on a triple sharing basis, of course at extra charges. The Executive Suite is a bigger room with and extended room for drawing cum dining room. These rooms have as different feel to it with wooden flooring and matching furniture. This category of room has 2 televisions; one in the drawing room and one in the bedroom. It also has a DVD player and a massage chair placed right in front of the huge window overlooking the sea. Other amenities include a chargeable mini bar and snacks bar, electronic console panel, phone and a weighing machine. The bathroom is beautiful too with a bathtub and neat amenities like soap, shower cap, shampoo, conditioner, moisturiser, shower gel, talcum powder, shaving and dental kit etc. A cloak room is attached to the bathroom with a life size mirror and couch, glass door cupboard, with an electronic safe, slippers, medical kit etc. The writing table in the drawing room has a business kit as well. There is a Standard room as well, which is a compact room with a single bed and amenities like cupboard, safe, bathrobe, slippers, television. a sofa chair and table, luggage rack, tea coffee maker and mini bar.

Dining
On the lobby level, there is a 24 hours coffee shop Tangerine, a multi cuisine restaurant serving buffet breakfast. The Bar with a capacity of 50 pax is open in the evenings and is a beautiful place with wooden flooring, a television and cute microphone shaped lamps hung very low from the ceiling. A low lying wooden chair seating is arranged here. The Oriental Bowl is their Chinese specialty restaurant open only for dinner. The decor is done in the typical Oriental fashion.

Facilities
Upon entrance, there a line of guest facilities like the Book Store for books and artifacts and the Reflections salon for men and women. Next is Serenity, the cyber cafe which includes small cozy tables with chess board tops and Wi Fi connection as well. There is a mini library here and a television for the guests to relax as well. Besides these, there is Chancery, the 40-60 pax Conference Hall. Other than this, The Concord I and Concord II are other two conference halls with a seating capacity of 150 pax each. There are 3 Business centres here with a capacity of 4, 5 and 8 seating capacity. The conference rooms and the business centres are fully modern and equipped with all the state of art facilities like projectors, and other amenities for meetings or conferences like fax, Xerox etc. The hotel also has a Health Club, which encompasses a gymnasium, steam, sauna, Jacuzzi and a massage room.

Don't Miss
The lobby is beautiful here and something that one must see is their Deluxe Suite, which is a combination of luxury and class unlimited. Another interesting thing to see here are the cute logos imprinted everywhere: the badges read the names, the facilities read the purpose...it is actually quite a fun thing, if one sits and observes.

This fully centralized 5 star resort is located on the main Juhu beach, with the International airport 11 kilometres away and the Ville Parle railway station 4 kilometres away.
