Fortune Select Exotica has many facilities, including state of the art conferencing and banqueting facilities. With more than 9800 sq ft of area, the hotel boasts of the biggest banquet space in Navi Mumbai and 5th largest in entire Mumbai having collapsible partitions which can be converted into either one large hall or four smaller halls as per the requirements of guests. These 4 smaller halls are called: Venus, Zeus, Helios, and Apollo, each with an approximate seating capacity of 125 people.
