Best Western The Emerald is a business hotel and offers world class service in accommodation and facilities to business, corporate and leisure travellers.

Rooms
The hotel offers exquisitely furnished Standard rooms, Deluxe rooms, Studio rooms, and exquisitely furnished and fully equipped one bedroom apartments, two bedroom apartments and three apartments to the suit the individual requirements of corporate traveller, individual traveller and families travelling to Mumbai. This hotel is very stylish and the apartments comprise of a common drawing room and one, two or three bedrooms and an attached kitchen. The drawing room has a sofa set and table, dining table, phone, television, DVD player and a weighing machine. All bedrooms have television, tea coffee maker, drinking water, cupboards and attached bathroom in one room and a common bathroom for the other two. The bathrooms have a shower cubicle and amenities like shampoo, conditioner, soap and shower cap. The Presidential Penthouse also has an apartment setting with a common drawing room and a choice of one, two or three bedrooms. The common area has a dining table, a sofa set with a television and phone. It also has a private terrace attached to it. The bathroom has a tub with Jacuzzi fixed to it with amenities like soap, shampoo, conditioner, shaving and dental kit and weighing machine.

The Deluxe room is a single room with facilities like television, fridge, phone and cupboard. The room has an attached bathroom with a shower cubicle and regular bathroom facilities like soap, shampoo, moisturizer etc. The Studio room is a compact room with a fully furnished kitchen, attached bathroom and vaccumised windows and a writing table, drinking water, tea coffee maker, television, side table and chairs and an electronic safe in the rooms. The bathroom is small too with a shower area and amenities same as in Deluxe rooms.

Dining
The hotel boasts of 3 restaurants with different ambience for the guests to enjoy their meals as they choose too. The Sapphire is their vegetarian restaurant cum bar with a total seating area of 42 persons. This multi cuisine restaurant is interconnected to Sip n Munch coffee shop which is located facing the main road and is open to every one. This coffee shop is quite a favourite of the crowd visiting Juhu for its delicious snacks and beverages like sandwiches, Mexican food, pastries, Indian delicacies, teas, mocktails, granitas and sundaes. The Spice Garden is an open air restaurant, which is attached to a small carpeted lawn and is open only in the evenings.

While the hotel offers vegetarian fare in its restaurants with the exception of eggs served during breakfast, non vegetarian dishes are available through room service.

The hotel offers modern conference and banqueting facilities for conferences, seminars, group discussions, get-together and reception with a capacity to accommodate 25 - 425 people.
