Raju is the man behind our successful stay in this hotel. He is the hotel's guide who had developed excellent rapport with us in explaining everything regarding Kumarakom during our 6 hours backwaters cruise. Thank you guy. The hotel is little far off.

We were very happy with the service. Totally impressed by the fact that on the first night they gave us a superior room - 2 rooms as there were four of us - saying they wanted us to sample the superior rooms as they were free, but we would need to vacate them the next morning, which we gladly did! We could sign off our taxi as everything was available at the hotel - ayurvedic massage - they called the masseuse to the hotel! As they have their own boat, we enjoyed a three hour boat ride on the backwaters. Their food was good, service enthusiastic, though the kitchen needs to be improved and expanded. My verdict: Homely, aesthetically done up, sincere staff and desire to please; best of all, they are open to suggestions to improve. He also organised an Indigo for our travel to Kollam at a decent rate! An example why Kerala tourism is doing so well.
