Good hotel. Services are very good. The support staff is a bit slow, especially if one does not know Tamil. The manager is very helpful. Kudos to him!

Hotel Grand Palace, the name itself gives you the impression and its punchline "gateway to hospitality" is absolutely correct. Centrally located very near to Kodai Lake, staff is very polite. Premises is quite clean, restaurant food is quite tasty and hygienic. Overall, full value for money. All the kudos to staff.

The stay at the hotel was indeed a wonderful experience. The rooms and toilets were neat, hygenic and well maintained. Full marks to the house keeping dept. The room service did a wonderful job despite full occupancy. The restaurant was cozy and churned out delicious meals within a reasonable time frame. The entire staff right from the General manager downwards were extremely friendly and took personal interest. True value for money indeed. The only draw back was the lack of any scenic view from our room. However one neednt lose heart as the hotel is centrally located, with the famous Kodai lake just a short walking distance away.
