Due to the delay of the train, we arrived at around 11:30 pm. They still kept the room for us which I felt thankful for. Then, to give me an idea, the receptionist explained to me about the city tour of next day. They are very kind & helpful.

Arya Niwas is a decent budget hotel in Jaipur. Being close to Bus/Railway Stations, and the business district of Jaipur, it's very conveniently located. Staff is amicable. They did not help me with my room preference though even after calling them in advance regarding room preference. Maybe just their hotel policies. Restaurant is decent with nutritious and home like less oily and less spicy food. Specially the Methi Parathas for lunch and Aaloo Parathas for breakfast are delicious and recommended. They have great Haveli interiors which gives one feeling of Rajasthan's royalty and the heritage. Arya Niwas has a nice lawn and a relaxing reading room where you could pick up a book, sit back, relax and read quietly. Great place. Value for money.
