Bath linen are old and faded. Bath fittings, water flow in taps, no force for water flow, hot water is too luke warm to be called hot water, housekeeping service too slow, midnight buffet restaurant and breakfast area cramped. Breakfast layout and range is good, buffet range and taste too is good. Lounge space is limited, reception area unappealing though done up well.

Perhaps the hotel is still sitting on its old glory and Ohri's brand. What is needed is an urgent revamp of the rooms. Location is the best. Services exellent. Hence a renovation will do wonders I guess.

The hotel was good, but I think it is slightly overpriced. I tried 1 meal there, it was not satisfactory. Otherwise the service was fine.
