Location
The Zuri White Sands Resort & Casino is on Varca beach, one of the longest stretches of beach in South Goa. It is 40 minutes from the airport and approximately an hour and a half's drive from North Goa.

The Zuri White Sands Resort & Casino is spread across an overwhelming 37 acres that including building blocks, sprawling lawns and a bit of the beach of Varca Goa. The hotel has 154 rooms including four Deluxe Suites. In addition, there also 15 Deluxe Tents on the beach front during season. Non smoking rooms are also available. The hotel offers all the comforts of a star class property and more to ensure guests have a restful stay while in Goa.

A cobblestone driveway leads you to the steps of the resort's lobby. A vast open area, a rustic wooden boat complete with oars under the high wooden beamed ceiling is what stands out at first glance. On the wall far behind it is a rockery and waterfall. Rattan furniture with bright hues of pink and orange upholstery is spread across with accessories like large terracotta urns, lamps and candles. The reception console on the left has a large aquarium built into a rock face in the backdrop.

Rooms
All the rooms have chic interiors with white textured walls and twin or double beds, a spacious wardrobe, a study table and a seating area with a coffee table. The attached balconies have either pool or garden views. The guest amenities common to all rooms include an electronic key access, tea/coffee maker, electronic safe, mini bar, 24 hour room service, 24 hour chargeable internet connectivity, and a 25\" flat screen television. The bathrooms have a bathtub and amenities like a hairdryer, guest slippers and toiletries including soap, shampoo, conditioner, moisturiser, cotton balls and bubble bath! Each floor also has a complimentary Ice & Ironing room.

The Deluxe Tents on the beach front, named after Goa's famous beaches including Anjuna, Varca and the likes, offer the same luxuries as the rooms with the exception of bathtubs in the bathrooms, which are replaced by a shower area.

The Deluxe Suites are impressive with two conjoining rooms. On entering, there is a dining and living area. It has a dining table for four, a seating area with a sofa and chairs and a bar and television console. Leading into the master bedroom, there is a large double bed, a seating area, a study table and an attached bathroom complete with a shower enclosure, Jacuzzi bathtub and amenities like a weighing scale and toiletries.

Dining
There are plenty of dining options at the hotel catering to all tastes. On the lobby level is Flavors, offering northwest Frontier cuisine. Tastefully done, guests have the option of dining indoors in air conditioned comfort or out on the terrace. It is open only for dinner. Also on the lobby level is N.U.T.S. - Never Underestimate the Spirits, a bar and terrace lounge. The bar area is air conditioned with tables and chairs and adorned with hookahs that guests can also smoke. The lounge area has a pool table, casual seating arrangements including a day bed with sheer white drapery and a live band performing once in a while.

On the ground floor is the Waterfalls Cafe, the 24 hour multi cuisine coffee shop where a buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner is served. Blue Lagoon is the swim up bar in the pool that serves exotic cocktails and snacks. It also has an attached patio seating area at the poolside. Walk out towards the beach to Dhow & Rambooze, the beach restaurant and bar, operational from November to April. It serves some delectable Goan seafood and makes for a perfect venue for a romantic drink at sunset or dinner.

Recreational Facilities
While at The Zuri Varca, Goa White Sands Resort & Casino, guests have plenty of recreational options to indulge in. Guests can play a wide array of games at the resort's in-house casino. The resorts boasts of two swimming pools of which one is the longest in Goa, meandering from one end to another under wooden bridges and alongside swaying palms. This pool is certainly the centre of activity with a waterfall in the pool, a kiddy's pool, a swim up bar and an assortment of water games on offer. The other pool is smaller and more serene.

Lotus Spa is a venue to head to for some pampering of the body and soul. With a bouquet of Ayurvedic massages on offer, there are separate steams rooms, saunas and Jacuzzis for men and women. Also in the complex is a unisex beauty salon and Ship Shape, the gymnasium with the latest equipment and machines. The gym remains open till 10 pm daily.

Another big attraction at The Zuri Varca, Goa White Sands Resort & Casino is Gravity Pool, the activity centre. Here, facilities include two bowling alleys, video games and pool tables. The neon lighting adds to the fun ambience along with a DJ, dance floor and a bar. There's more! The hotel also has a children's play area, mini theatre, shopping arcade, archery, croquet, badminton, tennis, beach volleyball, table tennis and bicycles on hire. Water sports can also be organised at an extra cost including parasailing, banana boat rides, jet skiing and wind surfing.

Conferences & Banquets
The hotel has comprehensive conference and meeting facilities as well, ranging from a ballroom that can accommodate 450 people to a meeting room for up to 15 people. A complete range of equipment can be arranged including LCD projectors, audio visual materials and secretarial support, among others.
