Location
SunKissed resort is located in Calangute in North Goa, where all the action happens! And yet the resort is hidden away in a quiet locale to give you some peace when you return tired to your room. The Calangute beach is a 5-minute walk away, the Dabolim Airport is approximately 45 km away, Thivim Railway Station is 22 km away and Panjim is 12 km away.

Although situated in a quite area and you can hear birds chirping in the peaceful atmosphere. The 100 air-conditioned rooms are peppered through tall, peach buildings that are centred around an inviting swimming pool.

Rooms
The 100 rooms are divided into Studio rooms and Apartment categories. All the rooms have an individual balcony.

The Studio rooms are very spacious with a seating area with couches and a kitchenette alcove. Although the kitchenette is not equipped and guests have to arrange their own dishes and groceries etc., there is a refrigerator here. Other amenities include cable television, direct dialling telephone, tea/coffee maker, mini bar, daily newspaper, and a balcony/sit out. The attached washroom is clean with hot and cold running water and amenities such as soap, shampoo and towels.

The Apartments comprise a living room and a bedroom with attached washroom. The living room is pretty, furnished with cushy couches and cable television. There is also a refrigerator, wardrobe and luggage rack here. The bedroom is simply yet tastefully furnished.
Apartments contain the same amenities as Studio rooms.

Hair dryers are provided in the rooms at no extra cost. Guests enjoy 24 hour room service.

Dining and facilities
The multi-cuisine restaurant called High Palms is open and overlooks the pool, surrounded by arching coconut trees. The restaurant serves Continental, Chinese, and Indian Tandoori as well as Goan cuisines. Cultural and musical entertainment programs are arranged to set the mood. The resort also arranges for poolside barbecue/tandoor with live entertainment and there is also a well stocked bar here.

The pool itself is inviting, shaded by palms and coconut trees and lined with deck chairs. A separate children's pool makes the resort ideal for families with kids. Also, the resort's conference hall can accommodate up to 150 guests and is well complemented by the resort's business centre. Other leisure facilities include a massage and beauty parlour, gymnasium, steam room, sauna, Jacuzzi, and a variety of indoor games.
