Phoenix Park Inn Resort Hotel Description

The Phoenix Park Inn Resort is part of the Sarovar Hotels & Resorts chain. The hotel has 90 Standard rooms and 2 Suites spread across five blocks with two floors each. All the rooms are air conditioned.

On entering the hotel, a palm fringed pathway leads to the small reception that is bright and cheery with red walls. The lobby has a seating area with cane chairs and blue velvet upholstery and is surrounded by a travel desk and a gift shop.

Rooms
The room blocks are built around the pool area, which is in the center of the property. The interiors of the rooms are simply done and have a double or twin bed, wardrobe, snack basket, mini bar, electronic safe, tea/coffee maker, colour television and telephone. The attached bathrooms have a shower area and are supplied with basic toiletries. Although comprehensive room service is not available, guests can order from a selected snack menu between 10:30 am and 10:30 pm.

Dining
The Phoenix Park Inn Resort has two dining outlets. Casablanca is an outdoor eatery where guests can enjoy a buffet breakfast. Geoffrey's - The Pub & Restobar offers plenty to eat and drink including within its English pub style interiors. There is also a poolside bar & barbeque, which serves delectable seafood delights.

Facilities
For fitness buffs, the hotel has a basic gym with a weight machine and treadmill. There is also an Ayurvedic centre that offers an array of massages at a nominal cost. Other hotel facilities include Zagor, the conference room for up to 150 persons, Mando, the board room for up to 12 persons, a chargeable internet connection in the business centre, a play area for children, doctor on call, laundry service and parking facility, among others.

Location
The Phoenix Park Inn Resort is a 5-minute walk (you will have to cross the main road) from Candolim Beach in North Goa. It is 45 kms from the airport, a 30 minute drive from Thivim station and 13 kms from Panjim.
