Nanu Resort Hotel Description

This 15-year-old resort lies within the verdant greenery of South Goa, surrounded by palm groves and paddy fields. The 3-star property has pretty white and blue cottages spread over a large area that house a total of 92 rooms. The resort grounds are nice and green, offsetting the maroon gabled roofs of the cottages. Neat pathways run through them, separating cottage from cottage, broken by patches of grass.

Rooms
At Nanu Resort, the rooms are divided into 3 categories - 16 Standard rooms, 52 Executive rooms and 24 Super Deluxe rooms. The standard amenities include television, direct dial telephone and hot and cold running water in the washrooms. The Executive rooms have a television with cable connection, a direct dial telephone, large mirror, study table, cupboard and a divan in addition to the double bed. The washroom is clean, provided with soap and towels. The Super Deluxe room is more luxurious and has, is addition to the facilities of Executive room, a mini refrigerator, a sofa chair and a huge balcony with a great view of surrounding coconut trees and the beach beyond.

The guests enjoy room service from 6:30 am to 10:30 pm.

Dining and Facilities
Nanu Resort has a lovely swimming pool with a poolside bar and multi cuisine restaurant that can accommodate about 80 people. Quaint gabled roofs top the white building, complemented by the blue of the pool. It's an ideal place to relax. During 'season' (October onwards, the resort also organises live entertainment at this venue. The resort's pub is called Western Breeze and operates during 'season' too.

The resort also offers an Ayurvedic health spa as well as a Massage Clinic (9 am to 6 pm).

The Conference Hall can accommodate 350 people in theatre style and 160 people in U-shape (equipment at an extra charge). Other facilities offered at Nanu Resort include doctor on call, safety deposit lockers, currency exchange and laundry service.

Location
Situated in South Goa, the beautiful Betalbatim beach is alongside Nanu Resort. The airport is only 19 km from here, the railway station at Margaon 10 km and the bus stand at Margaon 7 km away.

Dabolim Airport (35 Km)

Located 29 kms from Panjim, some airport facilities include currency exchange, a book shop, handicrafts emporium, a duty free shop and facilities for the physically challenged. There is a prepaid taxi stand within and outside the premises.

Margaon Railway Station (9 Km)

One of the two main railway stations in Goa, Margaon is in the southern area of the state and services the Konkan Railway line, which has trains plying from Mumbai and other destinations including Delhi.
