LE BEN RESORT: An ideal destination for honeymoon couples and of course for family stay in Goa. The proximity of Le Ben Resort to the beautiful Colva beach, just 5 minutes walking distance, makes this resort a much sought after place to stay in Goa. Moreover, the room rent charges really fit into your small purse. The facilities offered by the Hotel, be it in terms of getting food at late night 11:00 pm, or arranging the package tours or getting a Bike on rent, or arranging a vehicle for airport drop...it was exceptional. The room quality was really nice and the room service was too good. The roof top garden of the resort was good and one can enjoy morning breakfast there. The cloak room facility puts you at ease for meeting the deadline for check out. The next door vegetarian restaurant having really good food at reasonable rates and with option of giving your food right in your room makes your stay in the Resort very comfortable. Goa is a lovely place and we enjoyed this place to its fullest just because we stayed in LE BEN RESORT.

Overall it's a value for money deal. You got a cheap and decent accomodation just few step away from beach. Service is also good. Overall it was a nice experience.

The hotel is excellent for budget travellers like us (boys out for a long weekend). Food at the hotel is basic but good enough. Restaurant was not fully functional (that was in the 1st week of October, expected to be open by now) except the breakfast which was well cooked, sumptuous & excellent value for money. Hotel is hardly 200 metres from Colva beach. Water sports at this beach is cheap. Overall very good value for money. They'll arrange for bike / scooter as required, as well. Only pain point is the distance to other beaches like Baga, Calangute, Fort Aguada & Miramar - Panjim. You could easily spend 2 hours commuting to & fro to the above mentioned locations. Rest all is fine - not to mention proximity of various eatries with varied cuisine & live bands etc. Margao railway station / Margao bus stand & airport are nearby as well. It's a definite YES if you are looking out for relative calm & be a little away from hustle-bustle of main Goa. Manager & staff are courteous & helpful as well.

The hotel is strategically located on Colva Beach at prime location. Hotel doesn't offer ocean front or side rooms. Hotel is pretty good for budgeted traveller with room cleaniness. Staff of hotel is very courteous. Hotel doesn't offer much services but good for staying.

As soon as we entered the hotel, we were greeted by a very friendly hotel staff. The check-in was quick and we were shown our rooms. The hotel staff also helped us rent a bike and offered advice on the restaurants and places to see. So full marks on that front. The proximity to the beach is definitly its highlight. It's also quite affordable. Had 24 hours electricity and hot water. A few negative points about the hotel: They dont provide fresh towels, which I found strange. We were given fresh towels only on the third day and that too because we requested for it. Also, the room wasn't cleaned often. Their open-air terrace restaraunt didn't seem inviting at all. The room service isn't much to speak of. The bottom-line: It's almost right at the beach and if you are budget minded and not too fussy, this place would be perfect for you.

    Simple, clean and comfortable - this small property near the Colva beach is ideal for a perfect budget holiday in the south of Goa. The white and green facade is pretty and the rooftop restaurant an attractive feature. Proximity to the beach is the biggest draw - the resort lies in the thick of things, situated on the main road.

    Rooms
    La Ben has 22 rooms - 5 of them air conditioned and the rest non air conditioned. All the rooms have intercom, a wardrobe, and hot and cold running water in the attached washrooms, while it is only the air conditioned rooms that come with a television (although the some non-AC rooms have televisions too). All the rooms are spacious, clean and take care of all your basic needs. 9 rooms have balconies - inform the management if you'd prefer one with a balcony.

    La Ben offers all necessary facilities such as taxi service, car and bike rental, safety deposit lockers (Rs. 30 per day), sightseeing facilities. The rooftop restaurant serves multi cuisine fare including Goan delicacies.

    Location
    The hotel lies in Colva in South Goa, near the 'four roads' junction, a little beyond Shalom. Dabolim airport is 20 km away and the drive takes 30 minutes. The nearest railway station and bus stand are at Margaon, 6 km away.
