The Resort Lagoa Azul is nestled on the blue waters of a lagoon, near the Baga river, The resort has all facilities, and luxuries required to make a special and idyllic holiday, away from the bustle of crowded resorts. The staff is friendly, and the service is excellent.

Rooms
Comfort and elegance is the motto of Lagoa Azul, and that is evident in the design and decor of their rooms. There are 80 well appointed rooms, divided into Standard and Suite. Most rooms are pool facing, and some enjoy the view of the picturesque landscape consisting of palms and paddy fields. All rooms are air-conditioned, and have balconies. They are also equipped with satellite television, a refrigerator with mini bar, telephone, and running hot and cold water.

Dining
There is excellent food served at Lagoa Azul, at their top notch multi-cuisine restaurant, Tabla. Overlooking the Baga River and the Lagoon, it offers an extensive menu of delicious local specialities, Indian favourites and Western cuisines. Both a la carte and buffet style are available. In the evenings, you can choose between steaks or seafood delight. Weekly traditional theme nights are also organised, with live bands and cultural entertainment. Food is set up in buffet style, with local specialities such as Pork Vindaloo, Goan Sausages, Xacuti Chicken and various types of seafood.
There is also a bar at Lagoa Azul, called the Sun Bar. It is poolside, and enjoys a view of the lake and lagoon. The finest domestic and foreign spirits and cocktails are served here.

Facilities
There are many modern facilities available at the Resort Lagoa Azul that make a traveller's stay a pleasant and hassle-free experience. These include: 2 swimming pools with adjoining toddlers' pool; children's play area; a health club with gym, jacuzzi and steam bath; a pool table; an ayurvedic massage centre; and a beauty parlour.
