Location
As you drive past Mapple Viva at the Calangute-Baga junction in North Goa, towards Calangute, be on a lookout for a small 'Image Inn' board on the right pointing to a by lane. The airport is 45 km from here, nearest railway station is at Thivim, 23 km away, while the nearest bus stand is at Mapusa, about 15 km away. Baga beach is a 10-minute walk away.

Image Inn is a small property located off the busy Baga-Calangute junction. The central location is the biggest draw here, as is the peaceful area in which it lies. The 3-year-old property is small, clean and self sufficient. A simple four-storey building with a dense grove of coconuts at the back.

Rooms
Image Inn has 20 rooms that include 10 air conditioned rooms and 10 non air conditioned rooms. The rooms are no-frills and basic, although clean and comfortable. All the rooms have attached balconies except four rooms on the ground floor.

All the rooms have the same amenities comprising cable television, intercom and 24-hour hot and cold running water supply in the attached washrooms.

Dabolim Airport (44 Km)

Located 29 kms from Panjim, some airport facilities include currency exchange, a book shop, handicrafts emporium, a duty free shop and facilities for the physically challenged. There is a prepaid taxi stand within and outside the premises.

Margaon Railway Station (55 Km)

One of the two main railway stations in Goa, Margaon is in the southern area of the state and services the Konkan Railway line, which has trains plying from Mumbai and other destinations including Delhi.

Margao City (55 Km)

South of Goa, Madgaon is a commercial market town selling everything from synthetic clothes to betel nuts. The streets give way to cloth merchants, tailors and an excellent Khadi Gramodyog shop. Come here to shop for your everyday needs.

Vagator Beach (10 Km)

There are black lava rocks and soft white sand, surrounded by a lush green landscape and palm trees. Vagator was one of the most secluded beaches in Goa, it is now almost as well frequented as Baga. The 500 yr old Chapora Fort is accessible nearby.

Mapusa City (11 Km)

13 kilometers north of Panaji, Mapusa is the favoured destination for most tourists that visit Goa as it is closest to all the beaches, like Calangute, Anjuna and Baga. However, it also has a vibrant weekly market attended by locals and tourists alike.

Panjim Bus Station (16 Km)

In the center of Panaji, this bus station is the heart of GoaÂ’s circulatory system. Outbound bus travel is easiest from here. Government and private companies offer luxury, air-con and sleeper buses to Mumbai, Bangalore, Pune, Gokarna and Mangalore.

Margao Bus Station (52 Km)

Margao Bus Station or Kadamba bus stand is 2 km north of the Margao town center, on the road to Panaji. The station operates deluxe buses to Mumbai, Bangalore, Pune, Hubli and Belgaum. Dabolim Airport is 28 km away.
