Clarks Exotica Aguada Anchorage lie in North Goa in Sinquerim with the Candolim beach only a 5 minute walk away. The famous Fort Aguada lies a 5-minute drive away as the resort lies at the foot of the Aguada Anchorage (hence the name). The airport is 45 km away, the railway station at Thivim 25 km and the bus stands at Mapusa and Panjim 15 km away respectively.

Clarks Exotica Aguada Anchorage offers fully furnished independent villas with elegant interiors, offering you the comforts of home combined with great hospitality - only one of its kinds in North Goa. Complete with a swimming pool, the villas are an economical way of enjoying a classy holiday in Goa, especially if you are visiting in a large group. These villas form a small township within the enclosed built up area overlooking lush lawns, a freshwater pool and some of them have their own private parking space as well.

The 22 villas are pretty cottages in shades of olive, grey, peach and yellow with gabled roofs and terracotta boundaries. Coconut trees sway languidly all over the complex and the lawns are well pruned and beautiful.

Villas
Each Californian styled villa has 3 bedrooms, a living room, one dining area and a fully equipped kitchenette with cooking facilities (optional) and three washrooms, some attached. Decorated in its own distinct style, each villa is distinctly unique from the others in its design, colour, hard and soft furnishings. The villas are in fact fully equipped homes provided with all everyday necessities. The standard amenities common to all villas include tea/coffee maker, iron and DVD player. The elaborate set of amenities include a microwave, juicer, toaster, dishes, all kinds of cooking appliances and utensils imaginable, washing machine, cooking range, water purifier, refrigerator, cutlery and crockery, even wine glasses, and television with cable connection.

These amenities are present in the living cum dining area, separated from each other by a split-level. The couches of the living area are cushy, well complemented by the 29\" television. The bedroom has a wardrobe, luggage rack and separate air conditioner. Wash amenities across all the clean and gleaming washrooms include shaving kit, dental kit, moisturiser, shampoo, soap, conditioner etc. The dining are has a spacious balcony that looks over to the neat lawns.

A wide, winding staircase leads you to the other two rooms, including the master bedroom, which is very, very spacious, done up tastefully in pastel colours. The master bedroom has another television and an attached, large terrace, and its attached washroom comes with a bathtub. Room service is available from 7:00 am till 11:00 pm. In addition to this, the hotel has provisions to arrange for a personal cook or chef at extra charges.

Facilities
Clarks Exotica Aguada Anchorage is big on conference and wedding parties since it is ideal for large groups and also has sprawling lawns and other venues for events. There are two conference halls on the first floor - the first one with an area of 2400 sq. ft. It can accommodate 1 - 120 people. Another hall adjacent to it and both are acoustically engineered for conferences. The lawn outside can accommodate about 120 people and the management used this as lunch/dinner venue.

There is a well equipped gymnasium on the ground floor with a mezzanine floor that has indoor games. The resort's peanut shaped swimming pool is incredibly pretty, lined by coconut trees and white deck chairs. Clarks Inn provides massage services on request and the Sinquerim post office is inside the premises. The reception houses facilities for accessing internet. Other facilities include currency exchange counter, safety deposit locker, 24-hour security, ticketing and tours services, taxi services and doctor on call. Phone calling cards are also available.

Dabolim Airport (49 Km)
