Udechee Huts is located approximately 5 km from Mcleodganj and 15 km from lower Dharamshala. There are numerous interesting picnic spots, trekking routes and delightful walks in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.

Rooms
The independent cottages at Udechee Huts are cosy yet spacious, and are built in the traditional hill style. The cottages at Udechee Huts are available in the following categories: Semi Deluxe Cottages, Deluxe Cottages, and Super Deluxe Cottages. All the cottages consist of a double bedroom with attached western-style bathroom, and a veranda. All the rooms have wall to wall carpeting, and are clean and hygienic. The amenities include: 24 hour room service, cable television, telephone with intercom service, and hot and cold running water.
