Location: It is ideally located in shopping area and very well connected by transport. If one comes out, he will have nice time out there. One can do shopping & restaurants are nearby. He will not have to look out anywhere else for his shopping/food needs. Rates: The rates charged are reasonable/affordable. Condition of Rooms: The rooms are very well painted and have been provided with TV, good beds and geysers. The taps have hot water always. The bathrooms are neat and clean. Service: Other than accommodation, only on request/order tea is brought to the rooms by the hotel personnel. Inside Hotel appearance: The hotel being very old, seems to be under renovation. Hence, it needs some upkeep. Courtesy: People are courteous and provide/fulfill the needs like transport arrangement for sightseeing at affordable rates through cab operators with whom they have link. Overall satisfaction: It is very good hotel for stay in peace. One can spend time at leisure.
Hotel location is very good. But some improvements in rooms will be great advantage to the guests.
