Park View Hotel Description

Park View Inn is a business class hotel with 3 star facilities. On entering the hotel, a small lobby welcomes you with an aquarium and beautiful designs on the walls. A comfortable sofa beckons you while you wait to check in/out or wait for a guest.

Room Amenities
The hotel has a total of 34 Standard rooms. The facilities offered within the rooms are direct dial telephones and internet facilities, wireless broadband internet system, satellite television with multi channel provisions in all rooms and air conditioning. All rooms have attached bathrooms which have tiled flooring and a shower area. The bathrooms are equipped with soaps, towels, a dustbin and floor mats.

Conferences & Banquets
The hotel has three conference halls that cater to a different number of people. The Madras Chamber is on the first floor and can accommodate 30 people. The walls here are adorned with paintings of Old Madras and the lights are small chandeliers. Then there is the Assembly Hall on the 3rd floor which can accommodate a total of 70 people. This room has lights like little lanterns hanging from the ceiling. The Freedom Hall is huge and can accommodate a maximum of 500 people. This room is also used for weddings and other functions. Because of this reason there is a bride room available, attached to this conference hall. There is also a separate ladies and gents toilet connected. The hall is tastefully fabricated with wood walls, a podium made of green tiles and an extra wood paneling on the ceiling with plants peeping over the tops. All these conference halls are air conditioned and have provisions with them like projector, overhead projectors, white boards and flip charts.

Dining
There are two dining options available. One is the Coffee Shop located on the 4th floor and has a seating capacity of 32 people. The Coffee Shop has dark teak tables and chairs and an attached unisex bathroom. The entrance to the Coffee Shop is a glass door with a warm orange coloured wall. There is also a huge dining hall located in the basement and is used to serve meals now and then.

Other hotel services include a car parking space. The hotel accepts all major credit cards.

Location
Park View Inn is ideally located in Nungambakkam close to Valluvarkottam Auditorium. It is opposite Independence Day Park and is in close proximity to some shopping and business areas. The hotel is located 14 kilometres from Chennai airport and only 4 kilometres from the Egmore railway station.
