Room Amenities
There are a total of 94 rooms on the property categorised as 30 Standard rooms, 32 Deluxe rooms, 27 Executive rooms and 5 Suites. The flooring of the rooms differs with the rooms, sometimes being wooden or marble. The rooms have dark wood furniture and their features differ with the category of the rooms with reference to twin beds, double beds, larger seating spaces and an added feature of a study table and chair and a mirror.

Dining
The dining facilities offered at the hotel are the Promenade Restaurant, a multi cuisine restaurant open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The restaurant is dimly lit and has colourful ethnic, traditional paintings on the wall. There is also an overhead projector holder for special screenings. Each table is lovingly decorated with a flower vase and plants dot the entire rooms. Apart from this, there is the Tranque Bar, the lively Danish bar that is open from 11:00 am to 11:00 pm on all days. It offers fine drinks in a splendid period room set amidst history. The bar has cane chairs and cane glass top tables and marble flooring. A long bar extends the length of the room and there are wooden blinds on the windows to cut out the daylight and make the place cosier. The bar serves Indian, Chinese and Continental starters along with a variety of cocktails and mocktails. It is a perfect venue for business meetings by day and turns into a relaxing venue by night.

There is also a coffee shop called Highway, which is multi cuisine and has a breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet. There is also a 24 hour a la carte menu. It is a spacious coffee bar with a high ceiling and a great feature here is that instead of ceiling fans there are fans on poles around 12 feet high. There is a pool table in the centre of the coffee shop. The restaurant is furnished with cane chairs and hanging garden pots.

There is also the Mont Blanc which is the in house bakery and confectionary for the finest breads, the most decadent pastries or even just a chocolate.

Conferences & Banquets
The hotel also caters widely to your business needs. There are seven multipurpose/conference halls in the hotel, namely, Nilgiri Hall (500 people), Shevroy Hall (100 people), Board Room (15 people), Yelagiri Hall (25 people), Munnar Hall (50 people), Kodai Hall (100 people) and Kuttralam (150 people). There is also an outdoor lawn, which can accommodate from 50-2000 people. There is also a business centre at the hotel that provides secretarial services, photocopy, fax and email with a personal computer and internet access and voice mail telephone facility. In addition, guests can access the internet at any time either from the business centre or from the comfort of their rooms.
