Rashi Resorts Hotel Description

Location
The hotel is located 2 kilometres from the bus station, 27 kilometres from the railway station in Kandaghat and 45 kilometres from Shimla. The bus stand is just 2 kilometres away.

Rashi Resorts is a quaint, lively looking property which was started in 2002. It is a lone structure located down a slope from the main road in Chail. The exterior is a clean white colour and the main building over looks the huts and Swiss tents located at a lower level; all a part of the same property. The hotel is a comfortable haven away from the noise and pollution a settling offers. It is a quiet retreat amidst nature and offers spectacular views of the mountains around.

Lobby
The hotel's lobby is large and tastefully decorated with unique details and attention to minute work. On the right of the entrance is a seating space with brown satin upholstered sofas and glass top coffee tables. A television breaks the silence and a magazine rack allows for some relaxing time whilst enjoying a cup of tea or coffee. Directly in front of the entrance is a glass semi circular structure with a cemented wall around it, wood detailing and plants growing on the frame of this structure. A brown and black reception table is built into the wall and the entire space is thoughtfully decorated.

Rooms
The hotel has a total of 14 rooms which are categorised as 8 rooms, 2 Huts and 4 Swiss Tents. The Tents are only operational during summers. The rooms are further categorised as Deluxe and Super Deluxe rooms wherein the Super Deluxe rooms enjoy a nicer front view of the valley and mountains. The facilities common to all the rooms and huts are cable television, telephones, room service from 8:00 am to 10:30 pm and geysers in the washrooms. The Huts are larger stand alone spaces with two double bedrooms, two attached washrooms, drawing room and a dining room. There is also a fireplace and a smart round wooden dining table. All the rooms in the hotel have attached balconies and colour oriented washrooms. There rooms are smart and comfortable spaces with attention to detail.

Dining
The hotel has a smart multi cuisine restaurant right beside the lobby. It allows ample natural light to filter in through the glass wall and offers a bright and lively space to enjoy a relaxed meal. It is furnished with smart black wooden chairs and tables. The restaurant is open for breakfast (8:00 am to 11:00 am), lunch (1:00 pm to 3:30pm) and dinner 8:00 pm to 10:30 pm). Snacks are served from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
