Location
Transit Living is located at Banashankari on Ring Road about 35 kilometres from the new Bengaluru International Airport and 6 kilometres from the City Railway Station.

Transit Living is a conglomeration of executive service apartments with modern rooms and standard facilities. A homely reception cum lobby with sofa unit and centre table and a reception console awaits the guests. The decor is simple without any fanfare. A corridor from the lobby takes you directly to the guestrooms located on the same floor, while a winding staircase leads to the rooms located in the floors above.

Rooms
The apartment offers 32 luxury serviced rooms divided into 17 Air Conditioned and 15 Non Air Conditioned rooms. These rooms are available on a twin and double bed basis and are equipped with facilities such as cupboard, luggage rack, and study table, dressing mirror, satellite television and telephone. Every room has a dining table rooted to the ground. There is an attached bathroom with running hot and cold water supply, shower area and basic amenities like soap and linen.

Please note that while each room at an apartment is self sufficient and rented out separately, the living room and dining area are commonly shared by all residents of that apartment.

Dining
The apartment offers breakfast to the guests in their rooms. Guests can order for room service from local eating joints.

The apartment has a rooftop hall for banquets and conferences. Besides this, the apartment offers high speed internet access, power back up, car rental service, parking facility, travel desk and a 24 hours security to the guests.

Area Attractions

Whitefield (45 Km)

A greenbelt on the outskirts of the city, Whitefield is home to the city’s International Tech Park - ITPB. ITPB also has a Tech Park Mall with a wide range of services and recreational facilities. The Satya Sai Baba ashram is also in the Whitefield area.

Bangalore City Railway Station (9 Km)

Of the two railway stations in the city, Bangalore City Railway Station is the main one. It connects major cities through meter gauge and broad gauge rail services.

Koramangala (10 Km)

In south Bangalore, Koramangala is intersected by major roads of the city. Along with commercial establishments like restaurants and shopping malls, many business houses have their offices in this area. It is about 10 kms from the airport.

Brigade Road (12 Km)

Originally an area where British soldier bought their supplies, today Brigade Road is a popular commercial hub in the city. It is bordered with restaurants, bars and malls selling everything from branded clothes to traditional handicrafts.

Jayanagar (4 Km)

About 15 kms from the airport, Jayanagar is a self-contained residential area replete with cinema halls, shopping malls and restaurants.

Lalbagh Botonical Garden (6 Km)

Lal Bagh Botanical Gardens is one of the largest parks - 240 acres - in India to be nestled within a city. It houses over a 1000 species of flora also has a greenhouse and a lake. Entry is open from 6 am - 7 pm at Rs.10, free entry from 6 am to 9 am.

Bannerghatta National Park (8 Km)

Established in the year 1974, it extends to an area of about 25,000 acres. Some of the animals to be seen here are tigers, lions, panthers, elephants, bears, deers and macaques, as well as a large variety of birds and reptiles. Safaris can be organized.

Bus Station (1 Km)
