Location
Located on a road that runs parallel with the 100 ft road at Indiranagar, Aranha Homes lie barely 200 metres from Airport Road. The Tata Energy Research Institute and Rotary Park are close by while the new Bengaluru International airport is appproximately 40 kms away.

Aranha Homes at Indiranagar comprises five guest houses, each with a distinct name and decor. From 'The Haven', a guests house with 12 rooms to '5th Avenue', an independent duplex bungalow with 6 rooms, to 'Coorg Heritage', a theme bungalow with five rooms, Arnaha Homes offers a range of accommodation options, one of which is bound to suit the needs of every traveller, whether on business or leisure. 'Park Avenue' and 'Bluebell Retreat', two service apartments with three bedrooms each are also part of Aranha Homes at Indiranagar.

Rooms
Each of the 29 rooms spread across five guest houses at Aranha Homes is self sufficient. Equipped with air conditioning, cable television, direct dial telephone, complimentary Wi-Fi connectivity, electronic safe, study table, full length mirror and wardrobe, each room has an attached washroom that receives a continuous supply of hot and cold water. In addition, the service apartments and suites feature separate living rooms and dining areas while each guest house has a medical kit and receives a regular supply of newspapers and periodicals.

Please note that while each room at an apartment is self sufficient and rented out separately, the living room and dining area are commonly shared by all residents of that apartment.

Dining
Each unit has a fully equipped kitchen that can be used to serve a variety of Indian, Chinese and Continental delicacies on prior request. Some regional dishes are also available on order. For the convenience of guests, each guest house is stocked up with ready to eat snacks and beverages. Guests can also order food from restaurants and cafes in the area.

Area Attractions

MG Road (5 Km)

It is one of the busiest roads in the city and is lined with upscale stores, restaurants, pubs, cafes and showrooms. It runs from Trinity Circle to Anil Kumble Circle at the other end. It has an eclectic mix of hotels, offices and old world shops.

Whitefield (14 Km)

A greenbelt on the outskirts of the city, Whitefield is home to the city’s International Tech Park - ITPB. ITPB also has a Tech Park Mall with a wide range of services and recreational facilities. The Satya Sai Baba ashram is also in the Whitefield area.

Hal Airport (2 Km)

HAL is the domestic and international airport located about 14 kms from the city centre. It is serviced by all domestic and selective international airlines.

Bangalore City Railway Station (9.5 Km)

Of the two railway stations in the city, Bangalore City Railway Station is the main one. It connects major cities through meter gauge and broad gauge rail services.

Bangalore Cantonment Railway Station (10 Km)

One of the two stations in the city, this station is located in the city’s centre in proximity to MG Road. This railway station services all major cities including Chennai, Mumbai and New Delhi.

Jayanagar 4th block shopping complex (12 Km)

The Jayanagar 4th block Market is full of old-style stores. It is a big complex, with many entrances. It has luggage stores, book stores, clothes, shoe shops, and a sprawling indoor market with shops selling everything from vegetables to puja items.

Commercial Street (5 Km)

Located near M.G Road – the centre of town, Commercial Street is known for its shopping. Most apparels and commodities are available there, such as clothes, cosmetics, jewellery etc. Always busy, parking is not allowed in an effort to reduce congestion

Cubbon Park (5 Km)

It, along with Lal Bagh, is another reason why Bangalore is called the Garden City. Located right in the centre of town near M.G Road, it has an aquarium one side, the High Court and Vidhan Soudha on the other.
