Hotel Queensland is a modern 2 star hotel located on Queens Road about 1 kilometre away from the bus stand (ISBT), 1 kilometre from the railway station and 1.5 kilometres away form the Golden Temple and Jallianwala Bagh. The Raja Sansi airport is 17 kilometres away.

The lobby area of Hotel Queensland is classic, straight out an old movie. The wooden reception counter and wooden pillar has a mirror fit into them. The lobby area has a sofa sets matched with centre tables. The elevator is located on the lobby level to connect you to all the other floors. This hotel is best suited for backpackers and families on a budget trip.

Rooms
Hotel Queensland boasts of 40 rooms in total divided into Deluxe and Super Deluxe rooms. All rooms in the hotel are moderately sized and have tiled floor. The difference between the Deluxe and Super Deluxe is in the size of the room. While the Deluxe room is ideal for single or double occupancy, the Super Deluxe rooms can accommodate 4 people. The services and facilities however, remain the same in both the rooms. Some of the salient amenities offered in the rooms include air conditioner (non air conditioned rooms also available), satellite television, telephone and an attached washroom with hot and cold water facility and linen.

The hotel offers a wide range of cuisines like Indian, Chinese, Continental and local Amritsari food through room service only.
