As the name suggests, Hotel City Heart is located right where the action is - 50 metres from the beautiful Golden Temple. Jallianwalla Bagh is only 10 metres away. This is the hub of the town, full of cheap dhabas and plenty of transport options. The railway station is a 10-15 minute auto ride away, a distance of about 5 kms. The airport is 10 kms away.

The moment you enter Hotel City Heart, it's like stepping into another world which is quiet, discreet and comfortable. The reception is on the left, presided by courteous personnel who ensure your stay is comfortable and also help you out with any queries you might have regarding the city. A split level lobby is adorned with comfortable couches and a 42 \" plasma TV. The decor is all marble and glass - immensely comforting after the chaos outside.

Rooms
The 30 rooms and suites of Hotel City Heart are all air conditioned with individual climate control. The rooms are divided into Deluxe, Super Luxury and Suite categories. Dark wood panelling and discreet lighting make the rooms cosy. Amenities in all the rooms include a television with cable connection, telephone, luggage rack and a comfortable chair to relax in while watching television. A wall mount mirror makes the room appear larger. The attached washrooms are clean and well kept, offering round the clock hot and cold running water. Bath amenities include soap. The Luxury rooms also have tea/coffee makers, fridges and are larger. The guests enjoy room service until 11 p.m. and can choose from a wide range of multi cuisine delicacies including light snacks too. The Suites are a class apart and wear a vintage look - cut glass lamp shades against the wooden panelling. Dining
The hotel has a coffee shop on the mezzanine floor overlooking the busy street. Sunlight pours in through the glass walls and gives the place a warm feel. The place is flanked with cane chairs and glass tables and has a small dessert counter on the left. A plasma television flatters the decor of the place.
