The rooms at Sai Inn Holiday Resort are comfortable and spacious, complete with modern amenities. Rooms are divided into the following categories: Standard, Super Deluxe, Cottage Style Room, Suite, Maharaja Cottage, Deluxe Executive Rooms, and Super Deluxe Executive Rooms. In-room amenities common to all room include: air-conditioning, cable televisions, direct dialling telephones, and an attached bathroom with modern fittings and hot & cold running water. In addition, some rooms have refrigerators, and the Maharaja Cottage Room has an exclusive private veranda and garden.

Sai Inn Holiday Resort has an excellent air-conditioned multi-cuisine restaurant that serves a wide variety of delicious and wholesome dishes in Chinese, Continental and Indian cuisines. The restaurant specializes in sea food. The hotel also has an outdoor barbeque lounge.
