Fantastic hotel, however I wish they could be situated in some nice location instead of the congested city and also they should offer free internet wi-fi for guests paying staying for so long.

Excellent hotel with all facilities with reasonable food costs. They provide complimentary pickup/drop to airport. If you do not mind the location and intend to stay inside then this is the best choice.

Located on noisy Station Road (Less than a kilometre away from the railway station), the traffic in front of the hotel can drive you bonkers. Very noise and very crowded describe this area. The reception staff was cordial and welcoming and the lobby was a grand area with a high ceiling and charming features. The rooms were passable and so was the room service but the restaurant staff on the lobby level made my stay there miserable at night. Silence or even restricted silence wasnÂ’t maintained and dishes could be heard clattering all night along with loud shouts and voices. This chaos didnÂ’t cease on complaining either. The food too was below average and the breakfast was sadly stale. The hotel is a nice place but I guess the staff and the location give it a backward push.

Pluses: 1) Classy name (it matters) -- looks like a distant cousin of Carlton 2. Airport Pick- Timely service, nice car and affable driver. ItÂ’s such a convenient thing as you donÂ’t end up wasting away hrs in locating the hotel. With a lack of effective GPS/maps, trying to find a location can jeopardise the entire schedule of activities lined up while dampening the mood 3. Readiness of the hotel service staff. As soon as I went to the reception, I was handed over the key in a minute, was impressed by the staff preparedness. 4. While the hotel doesn't look great from the outside, the room and ambience was perfect, with a comfortable bed, nice lighting 5. Bathroom: This is really important. Tidy and decent. 6. Service: Excellent, wanted a brush and paste, they bought it in 10 minutes, and of course offered the airport drop. Overall I found the hotel ambience great (small is beautiful).
