Day 1: Arrive in Prague - Day at Leisure - Optional tour
Meals: Dinner
Arrive in Prague and transfer to hotel. Rest of the day is free to explore this beautiful capital city on your own. Located in the heart of Europe, Prague is a city with a fine balance of modern and traditional values. One of the most popular travel destinations, Prague is a cultural hub with a rich history. From historical monuments with stunning architecture to intriguing modern structures; the many sights of Prague are sure to enthrall you. Eat, go shopping, roam the streets or simply take in the magical scenery; in Praha (Prague) there is never a boring moment. Later in the evening, enjoy dinner at an Indian restaurant and return to the hotel for a comfortable overnight stay.
Day 2: Prague - City tour
Meals: Breakfast, Dinner
After breakfast, proceed towards Prague city tour. During this tour, we will introduce Prague as a historic and architectural jewel of Central Europe. Our local guide will be with you the whole time, explaining the history of Prague and its neighborhoods (Old Town, New Town, Lesser Town) during the bus trip. The second part of the tour will take you to Prague Castle where you visit the interior of this most important sight of Prague, St Vitus Cathedral. After approximately 60 minutes of guided walking tour, you go to the bank of the Vltava River to get on board a boat where you can take a rest and relax while admiring the beauties of Prague from a different angle. Besides other bridges connecting both the river banks, you will see the well known Charles Bridge from the boat. Then, continue for a pleasant walk through the Jewish town to the Old Town Square (Prague Astronomical Clock and Tyn Cathedral) where the tour ends. Later in the evening, enjoy dinner at an Indian restaurant and return to the hotel for a comfortable overnight stay.
Day 3: Prague - Day at Leisure OR Opt for Kutna Hora
Meals: Breakfast, Dinner
After breakfast, relax and enjoy the day at leisure, explore this beautiful city on your own or opt for excursion to Kutna Hora. Next to Prague, Kutna Hora was the most important town in Bohemia having become a favourite residence of several Czech kings and a mint for the "Prague Penny". Kutna Hora was declared a World Heritage Site and since 1995 has been protected by UNESCO. Our guide will show you the most important buildings and places including the Gothic 5 naved St Barbara's Cathedral, the Italian Court (a former royal residence and mint and the famous bone decorated Ossuary in Sedlec. Later in the evening, enjoy dinner at an Indian restaurant and return to the hotel for a comfortable overnight stay.
Day 4: Prague - Bratislava
Meals: Breakfast, Dinner
After breakfast, proceed towards station to board the train reaching Bratislava. Arrive and transfer to your hotel. Today relax and enjoy your surroundings. Later in the evening, enjoy dinner at an Indian restaurant and return to the hotel for a comfortable overnight stay.
Day 5: Bratislava - Grand City Tour
Meals: Breakfast, Dinner
5. After breakfast, proceed for the Bratislava Grand City Tour. You will have a walking tour in Bratislava old town and visit Michal gate, Main Square, Old Town Hall, Primatial palace, Reduta and the Cathedral of St. Martin. After the walking tour, you will continue by coach and you will view from the coach the Presidential Palace, Bratislava Castle, the Slovak Government building. The tour will finish at the Slavin Monument after which you will be transferred back to your hotel or to the city centre. Later in the evening, enjoy dinner at an Indian restaurant and return to the hotel for a comfortable overnight stay.
Day 6: Bratislava - Budapest - Day at leisure -Optional Tour
Meals: Breakfast, Dinner
After breakfast, proceed towards station to board the train reaching Budapest. On arrival, transfer to the hotel. Rest of the day is free for you to explore this beautiful city of Eastern Europe. In the evening you can opt for Optional Budapest Night Stroll and Boat Cruise. 'Paris of the East' is one of the most famous sentences used when describing Budapest at night. The magnificent buildings and sights all glowing and illuminated at night just give this city a totally different feeling than you experience during the day. The Night Stroll is designed to take you along the path where you will see the best parts of the city by night for some of the most terrific photos. You will not only learn about this grandiose sight but hear stories surrounding them such as: Who is the first Hungarian vampire? What did she do? Was Attila the Hun really a Hungarian? Who was he and how did he die? Where did Hungarians really come from? What is the myth behind our ancestors? All these and more compelling facts and questions will be answered during this tour. The tour ends by taking one hour cruise with welcome drink! Later in the evening, enjoy dinner at an Indian restaurant and return to the hotel for a comfortable overnight stay.
Day 7: Budapest - City Tour
Meals: Breakfast, Dinner
After breakfast, proceed towards Budapest city tour. Take the opportunity to visit the impressive parliament building. After a walk around Hungary's largest building, you will visit the magnificent Neo-Gothic Parliament, also known as the Holy Hungarian Crown, on a guided tour through the splendid session rooms and of the impressive staircase. This is followed by a city tour. You will cross the Danube on the Margaret Bridge and drive to the Royal Castle on the Buda side of the city. Here you will have some free time to yourself to visit the Fishermen's Bastion, which offers stunning views over the city and the Matthias Church. Our tour will continue to Gellert Hill, before crossing the Elisabeth Bridge and driving towards Heroes' Square. Passing by the Opera and St Stephen's Basilica, we reach the Hotel Intercontinental, where this tour ends. Later in the evening, enjoy dinner at an Indian restaurant and return to the hotel for a comfortable overnight stay.
Day 8: Departure
Meals: Breakfast
After breakfast, check-out of your hotel and proceed towards your onward journey.
