Day 1: Arrival in Rome

Meals: Dinner

Upon arrival in Rome, move on to your hotel and check in. Later part of the day is free to explore Rome on your own. In the evening, enjoy the dinner at an Indian Restaurant. Stay overnight at the hotel.

Day 2: Ancient Rome Tour | Visit to the Colosseum

Meals: Breakfast and dinner

After breakfast, enjoy the Ancient Rome Tour including a visit to the Colosseum. This half-day tour focuses on some of the major sights of ancient Rome, including the Colosseum and the great Basilica of St. Paul outside the walls. Crossing the Quirinal Square, and the Presidential Palace, arrive at Piazza Venezia to witness 'Vittoriano'. Walk up to Capitol Square, designed by Michelangelo, and enjoy a magnificent view over the Roman Forum. Afterwards, proceed to the Colosseum, the most famous monument ever built, a symbol of Rome's majesty and eternity. Passing the Pyramid Cestia, arrive at St. Paul's outside the Walls. Later in the evening, enjoy dinner at an Indian restaurant and return to your hotel for a comfortable overnight stay.

Day 3: Rome - Venice (Optional Gondola Ride)

After breakfast, enjoy a private transfer to Rome Station to board a train to Venice Mestre. On arrival in Venice Mestre, get a private transfer to your hotel. Enjoy the rest of the day exploring the city on your own, or opt for an optional Gondola Ride. A romantic 'promenade' by gondola will take you along the canals of Venice. It is a fantastic opportunity to travel along Venice's waterways looking up at the fabulous medieval palaces that line these historic thoroughfares. Later in the evening, enjoy dinner at an Indian restaurant and return to your hotel for a comfortable overnight stay.

Day 4: Venice | Tour of Murano, Burano and Torcello

Meals: Breakfast and dinner

After breakfast, visit Murano, Burano and Torcello. To enjoy this tour, you need to reach Serenissima Boat Station. After sailing past the island of San Giorgio Maggiore, the Public Gardens, the tip of Sant'Elena and the famous Lido beach resort, the boat arrives in Murano, known throughout the world for its glass manufacturing industry. Here, stop for around 40 minutes to visit to one of the factories. The second stop is at the picturesque island of Burano, famous not only for its lace but also for the fishermen's houses painted in bright colours. Then after a short cruise, you will reach Torcello, the earliest centre of civilisation in the estuary. Only the Cathedral with its magnificent mosaics and the church of Santa Fosca remain a testimony of its former glory. After exploring Torcello, return to St. Mark's Square. Later in the evening, enjoy dinner at Indian restaurant. Stay overnight at the hotel.

Day 5: Venice - Interlaken

Meals: Breakfast and dinner

After breakfast, leave your hotel in the morning. Transfer to Venice station with a private transfer to board the train reaching Interlaken. On arrival in Interlaken, transfer to your hotel on your own. Later, enjoy the day exploring Interlaken on your own. Enjoy dinner at Indian restaurant. Stay overnight at the hotel in Interlaken.

Day 6: Interlaken | Excursion to Jungfraujoch

Meals: Breakfast and dinner

After breakfast, proceed for an excursion to Jungfraujoch, which is the lowest point on the mountain ridge between Monch and Jungfrau, at 3,471 meters (11,388 ft). Above it is located the mountain station of Jungfraubahn, called the Jungfraujoch railway station. At an elevation of 3,454 meters (11,332 ft), it is the highest railway station in Europe. The Jungfraujoch is often called "Top of Europe" in tourist literature. Enjoy the dinner at Indian restaurant. Stay overnight at the hotel.

Day 7: Interlaken - Lucerne

Meals: Breakfast and dinner

After breakfast, proceed to Interlaken station on your own to board train to Lucerne. On reaching Lucerne, transfer to hotel using your Swiss transfer card. Enjoy the rest of the day exploring Lucerne on your own. Enjoy the dinner at Indian restaurant. Stay overnight at the hotel.

Day 8: Lucerne - Mt. Pilatus

After breakfast, visit the Mt. Pilatus. There are several ways to climb this mountain, which has a maximum elevation of 2,132 meters or 6,995 feet:

By Cogwheel Railway: The world's steepest rack railway climbs to Pilatus Kulm from Alpnachstad, which you can reach by boat, train, or road from Lucerne.

By aerial cable car: From Kriens, a suburb of Lucerne, 4-seater gondolas take you to the Frakmuntegg, where you transfer to a large cable car that whisks you to the summit station. In the evening, enjoy dinner at an Indian restaurant and return to your hotel for a comfortable overnight stay.

Day 9: Departure

After breakfast, check-out of your hotel and proceed towards station to reach Zurich airport to board a return flight.
