Day 1: Arrival in Zurich | Transfer to Lucerne
Meals: Not applicable
On arrival in Zurich, transfer to Zurich station to board train to Lucerne using your Swiss transfer card. On arrival, transfer to your hotel. The rest of the day is free to explore Lucerne on your own. Stay overnight at the hotel in Lucerne.
Day 2: Lucerne - Mt. Pilatus
Meals: Breakfast
After breakfast, take an optional tour to Mt. Pilatus. There are several ways to ascend this mountain, which has a maximum elevation of 2,132 meters or 6,995 feet:
By Cogwheel Railway: The world's steepest rack railway climbs to Pilatus Kulm from Alpnachstad, which you can reach by boat, train, or road from Lucerne.
By aerial Cable Car: From Kriens, a suburb of Lucerne, 4-seater gondolas take you to the Frakmuntegg, where you transfer to a large cable car that whisks you to the summit station.
Return to your hotel for a comfortable overnight stay.
Day 3: Lucerne - Interlaken (Golden Panoramic Route/Golden Pass line)
Meals: Breakfast
After breakfast, move on to Lucerne station on your own to board a train to Interlaken. Transfer to the hotel on your own. (Don't forget to use your Swiss transfer). Enjoy the rest of the day exploring Interlaken on your own. Then, return to your hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 4: Interlaken | Excursion to Jungfraujoch
Meals: Breakfast
After breakfast, proceed for an excursion to Jungfraujoch, which is the lowest point on the mountain ridge between Monch and Jungfrau, at 3,471 meters (11,388 ft). Jungfraujoch Railway Station, at an elevation of 3,454 meters (11,332 ft) is the highest railway station in Europe. It's often called "Top of Europe" in tourist literature. Relax and rejuvenate at your hotel after your tour.
Day 5: Departure

After breakfast, check-out of the hotel and proceed towards station to reach Zurich airport and board a return flight.
