"We were greeted by friendly staff and throughout the stay they took utmost care of our needs. They did not have the fake accents and artificial scripted speeches. The rooms were clean as per schedule. A special mention to the sightseeing trip that was arranged. The trip was well-organised and adhered to the time. The karaoke organised one evening was welcome by an interested audience. The buffet spreads laid both for breakfast and lunch were made in such a way that they catered to everybody's taste buds. Overall, great hospitality and a must come back place."

"This is definitely not of 4star category. Washrooms need desperate renovation. Pool area is good, but rooms are too outdated in terms of ambience and facilities. I really get disappointed because of room and washroom conditions."

"Hotel was excellent. Whatever was described on the website was true. People were very friendly. Food was awesome and the location was excellent. Only thing it lagged was entertainment for kids. The hotel had pool, music at night, gymnasium etc. but there was nothing special for the recreation (lot of games, puzzles, etc) of kids, which I think can add lot of value for the hotel."

"At first sight we were pretty disappointed about the hotels condition. We were there in the middle of the monsoon and there were a lot of reconstruction going on. However as soon as the rain stopped and we got "settled" in our room the hotel we realised that in was all very good. The service was outstanding and the location couldn't be much better."

"It was a great experience staying with Estrela. Amazing location. While Goa is having a different night culture, which is more or less the same in any place in Goa I visited, they have an entirely different theme to entertain their guests. It was Indian folk culture which we enjoyed thoroughly. Another thing which I must mention here is the feedback taken by Col.Bilochpura, the proprietor, personally. It was great interacting with him. They have very good staff, who do not forget to greet you anytime of the day they meet you. Overall a memorable experience."

"A quaint but fully loaded hotel about 100yards from serene less frequented part of Calangute Beach. A refreshing pool in the middle of Portuguese styled rooms completes the setup. Bar is well stocked, food is no great."

"We visited Resort Terra Paraiso in September. They had arranged airport pick-up for us. We received a very warm welcome at reaching along with a welcome drink. The check in was hassle free and quick. The room was very good with a spacious washroom and a decent balcony. The service was commendable. The waiter and other hotel staff were very friendly. We had opted for breakfast in our package which was also equally good. Rest all was fine, we had a very good time during our stay. In fact we liked it so much that we decided to stay on for one more day. Hopefully we will come back again next year."

"ItÂ’s kind of value for money, nothing special, beach is nearby - not the main beach, main beach (Calangute) is 2 kms the same is the Calangute market. Package includes either pickup / drop (if from airport / Madgaon station). Breakfast is not good at all, should take on room only basis."

"Little more concentration is required towards maintenance of rooms, in the room where I stayed bathroom is not maintained well due to improper flooring water used to accumulate in one corner, I had to clear the water every time after bath. No housekeeping provided by the hotel. Even for the change of bed sheets I use to remind the staff. In my 03 nights 04 days stay not even one day, nobody has come for cleaning the room. If the hotel concentrates the issues like these then customers will like to stay in this type of hotels."

"1. Check-in time was 12PM. We reached at 10AM. We were made to wait till 12PM before we could check-in. Reason told was that the room was occupied. Not all rooms were occupied. 2. Since we had no room, asked them for a restroom. Guy said it wasn't available. So, we went out to a restaurant for that. Can you believe it? 3. Breakfast was bad. Paid for it first day. Had it again (complementary this time) next day. No change in menu at all. Skipped it for next two days. Having a paid breakfast was much better option. So, went ahead and did that. 4. We had a AC standard room. AC was too noisy. We used to cool the room a bit and then switch it off so we could sleep :). 5. They provided soap but no toothpaste."

"I visited the hotel from 24 to 27 June 2010. The hotel is located in a narrow alley about 10 minutes walking distance from Calangute beach. If one wants to relax and enjoy then this hotel is highly recommended. Swimming pool was great. However activities for children were what we missed a lot. The breakfast and dinner was buffet and the variety could be improved. The rooms were excellent and service was also great. The hotel is highly recommended."

"The service at the hotel was good, employees were friendly and were ready to help. Room service was also good but the room condition was quite ok. They require to change the air-conditioner in room or check and service air-conditioner after every month as air-conditioner was not working properly in the room. Same was with television too, most of the channels were either locked or there was no access, the remote of television was also not working properly. Rest things in room were in good condition."

"Combining the facilities and comfort of an expensive hotel with very reasonable fares, Park Inn is great value for money. Situated in one of the quieter beaches of Goa, it is a great destination for honeymooners and soul seekers...Watch out for the room...and make sure you get a good room..happened to me: was shown a very average room on arrival but when reconciled, they gave me a good room at no extra cost..."
