Location-Spread in a region of approximately 521 square kms, it is to be found in the Nainital locality of Uttarakhnad. The Corbett Park is separated into 5 zones which are known as dhikala, the jhirna, the domunda, the bijrani, and the sonanadi. Accommodation is not a problem both inside and outside the national reserve as there is resorts and hotels in galore both luxury and budget. You would also come across Government rest houses but they are available only if you have prior booking.
Nightlife in Corbett is not very happening. If you are a night bird, make sure to carry music CDs and books to keep yourself occupied. As the forests over there are very dense it is advisable not to go for a walk. At times the resort or the hotel you are staying in also organizes cultural events, bonfires and shows within the premises. You can enjoy hard drinks or enjoy discotheque within the hotel.
