PACKAGE OVERVIEW

Rejuvenate amidst the lush foliage of the Corbett National Park with the Beas River flowing past it. Enjoy a safari into the forest in a jeep and see the varied flora and fauna of the forest. If you are lucky, you might even chance upon a tiger! Then proceed to the beautiful hills of Nainital flanked by the Naini Lake. Enjoy you vacation in the cool climes with the view of the Himalayan range. While your time in Nainital boating, shopping in the Mall or visiting the nearby 'tals' like Sattal, Bhimtal, Naukuchiatal etc. Forget all your worries and let the wild nature caress you in your holiday!

ITINERARY

DAY 01: DELHI- NAINITAL (330 KMS. / APPROX. 9 HOUR DRIVE)

On arrival at the Delhi airport or Delhi railway station (on your own), you will proceed on a picturesque drive to the charming hill station of Nainital. On arrival check into your hotel.

DAY 02: NAINITAL

Today, you will proceed on a local tour of Nainital visiting the Naina Devi Temple and Hanuman Garhi. The rest of the day is free to enjoy a boat ride in the Naini lake (boats can be hired directly) or take the ropeway to visit snow view (on direct payment basis). We recommend a visit to Snow View by means of a Gondola (ropeway) from where you will get the most spectacular view of the snow-capped peaks (ticket for Gondolo ride on direct payment).

DAY 03: NAINITAL- EXCURSION TO RANIKHET (80 KMS. / APPROX. 3 HOUR DRIVE)

Day excursion to the popular hill station of Ranikhet. This afternoon explore the temples and the wonderful sights in Ranikhet.

DAY 04: NAINITAL-CORBETT (125 KMS. / APPROX. 4 HOUR DRIVE)

This morning your journey continues to the wild tropical jungles to Corbett. On arrival check into your hotel. Later, enjoy a jeep safari to spot a variety of wildlife. (the Park is open from 15th November to 15th June)

DAY 05: CORBETT

Early morning jungle safari, breakfast at the hotel. Rest day is free for leisure. Dinner & overnight stay at hotel.

DAY 06: CORBETT- MUSSOORIE (287 KMS. / APPROX. 7 HOUR DRIVE)

Drive to the picturesque town of Mussoorie, spread along a horseshoe shaped ridge overlooking the Doon Valley. On arrival you will check into your hotel.

DAY 07: MUSSOORIE

The day is free for you to explore Mussoorie's numerous attractions or you may take an excursion to Kempty Falls which is a popular picnic spot.

DAY 08: MUSSOORIE-DELHI (270 KMS. / APPROX. 7 HOUR DRIVE)

The tour ends with a drop to Delhi airport or railway station.

Nainital is also a great place to pick up natural preserves - an excellent variety of fruit squashes, jams, jellies, pickles and marmalades, all locally produced, are available in shops lining the Mall.
