"The hotel staff lacked professionalism, had no sense of hospitality and cleanliness. The restaurant was barely functional and the hotel seemed to be breaking even due to mass booking by tour operators. Reception was very unhelpful. Hotel is not recommended to the discerning traveller."

"We expected the hotel to be more upmarket. We had a noisy air-conditioner in the room. Though the weather was pleasant outside, we couldn't open the windows due to swarms of mosquitoes. The blankets and sheets provided seemed to be cut into half and we were unable to cover ourselves. Somehow we spent the night there and fled next morning."
