"The hotel staff lacked professionalism, had no sense of hospitality and cleanliness. The restaurant was barely functional and the hotel seemed to be breaking even due to mass booking by tour operators. Reception was very unhelpful. Hotel is not recommended to the discerning traveller."

"We expected the hotel to be more upmarket. We had a noisy air-conditioner in the room. Though the weather was pleasant outside, we couldn't open the windows due to swarms of mosquitoes. The blankets and sheets provided seemed to be cut into half and we were unable to cover ourselves. Somehow we spent the night there and fled next morning."

Day 01: Arrival at Trivandrum | Transfer to Kanyakumari
Arrive at Trivandrum and get transferred to Kanyakumari in an air conditioned vehicle. On reaching Kanyakumari check-in to your hotel and later go for the temple visit of Kanyakumari. In evening visit Vivekanand rock memorial. Stay overnight at your hotel.

The hotel houses four cottages and eight Deluxe rooms. The cottages comprise a living room, two bedrooms, en suite washrooms and separate balconies. The 12 rooms are symbolic of 12 different regions of India and reflect the region in their decor. The regions represented here are Chettinadu, Karaikudi (in the state of Tamil Nadu), Mughal, Malabar (Northern Kerala), Brahmaputra, Jaipur, Rajasthan, Shillong, Tripura, Travancore and Guwahati. The amenities in the cottages and rooms include a television, study table, fruit basket, jute chairs and a wardrobe.
