"Pros:-The hotel was excellent in overall performance; all fittings in the rooms and the toiletss were excellent & new, ambience was very good; all staffs are friendly in nature; got lots of help while visiting the holy shrine. Even they are able to arrange even helicopter seats (@Rs1250/one way) Cons:-No ventilation fan/ suction in the bathrooms; Restaurant is not clean and so the kitchen is. Towels are very old and repeatedly washed for more than 5 years seems to be; and all are very hard like sand paper while wiping your body."

"We reached Srinagar Airport on 11th June 2010, and when we got out a vehicle from the hotel was waiting for us and it pleased us very much. After reaching the hotel a room on ground floor was allotted to us, the room was somewhat small and we requested for a room on higher floor and bigger in size and they accepted the request. Mr. Manzoor the manager of the hotel offered us a package for visiting the places of interest in and near the Srinagar and I must tell you that it was really worth all its value. We had been provided with a driver and a Chevrolet Travera for exclusively at the disposal for our use till the period we stayed in Srinagar. We visited Sonmarg, Pahalgam, Gulmarg and all the places of interest in Srinagar. Our trip has become a cherished and absolutely unforgettable event. The staff of the hotel is extremely courteous and highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Srinagar. Thank you Mr. Manzoor and best wishes."

"Room was clean & furnished adequately. However, matresses on the bed were uncomfortable. They should also keep two blankets on the double bed so that you don't end up fighting for the blanket in the night! Otherwise services were very good. The breakfast was tasty."

"Though being in Kashmir now almost seems like being in a foreign land like Egypt or something, the owner of this hotel did all he could to ensure our safety and satisfaction. My husband faced some health problem due to high altitude and could not accompany myself and my daughter for the last 2 days of the trip, but the owner had made sure that we travelled safe, by arranging a trusty driver for all the days. It did come with a price though but it was still a rewarding to see those beautiful spots. The staff too was caring and courteous as they took care of my hubby when he was at the hotel alone. They checked on him at intervals and also called us after we reached Mumbai to see if he were alright. Also the day we reached Srinagar, the weather suddenly got cloudy by the evening and it started to rain. The temperatures also dropped and it was difficult to go around as we weren't prepared for this. The owner gave us 2 clean jackets of his which were also waterproof."
